Perfect desk lamp

I have an office with little natural light so I love the different light temperatures (colors) and different intensities. I think it's the perfect task/desk lamp

97% perfect

Excellent variable (both intensity and hue) lighting. Adjustable height. 2 cordless remote controls. The only improvement I can suggest is to replace one of the battery powered cordless remotes with a corded attached remote.

Hi Helmar, thank you so much for your detailed feedback! In case it's helpful, we just wanted to offer a small clarification on the remotes. One of the remotes can be held in place on the pole by the remote holder. This remote is tethered to the holder, so as to prevent misplacing the remote. I have attached a photo for reference. If for some reason you did not receive the remote holder/tether with your lamp, please let us know and we will get one out to you right away. Thanks!

Very helpful for 93 y/o with severe macular degeneration

The company did a great job keeping us posted about the processing and tracking of the lamp for my mom. She appreciates the better visibility this lamp provides for eating, puzzles, seeing her pills etc. PS. My mother-in-law has the desk lamp versions and loves them, too!

Over engineered

Unless you really need a lamp with a remote control, skip this one. It has towo remote controls, which is two more than I need floating around the family room. And because of this remote feature you are supposed to leave the lamp plugged in for 8 hours so that the battery (remote receiver )can charge up when you first get the the lamp. I did all this and then the lamp failed to respond to the remote. I sent it back without further fussing with it.

Unfortunately the product you received did not work out of the box as it should have. We have taken the necessary steps to resolve this matter with the manufacturer. To clarify the purpose of the wireless remote, it is designed to give users maximum control from anywhere in the room. It attaches magnetically to the lamp pole for storage when not in use. The second remote can actually be tethered to the pole as a back-up in case the other remote is ever misplaced. While these features can be especially helpful to low vision users, we acknowledge that they may not be the right solution for everyone. Again, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts.
