Background
The OrCam MyEye PRO is a small, discreet wearable that uses artificial intelligence to help blind or low vision users identify text, recognize faces, distinguish colors and currency, and identify products. The OrCam Read Smart, recently named one of TIME Magazine’s 100 Best Inventions of 2021, is a handheld reading pen that instantly reads aloud any printed or digital text, capturing full pages with the press of a button. All of the devices now include interactive Smart Reading and respond to voice commands, similar to other virtual assistants.
What to Expect
The event will begin with a live demo led by AdaptiVision’s Founder and President, Stu Flom. Following the demo, attendees will have the opportunity to experience the technology firsthand by trying out the devices. Our experts will be available to answer all your questions and help determine if OrCam can help you or your loved one gain greater independence.

The OrCam Demo Day will be held at The Carroll Center for the Blind, one of the most prominent blindness rehabilitation centers in the world. The Carroll Center for the Blind empowers those who are blind or visually impaired to achieve independence and to lead a fulfilling life.
