Highlights from AdaptiVision’s Free Adaptive Tech Workshop
On Thursday, October 24, AdaptiVision presented a free Adaptive Technology and Lighting Workshop on Cape Cod. The event featured hands-on demonstrations of the latest devices for the blind and visually impaired, and included discussions on technology, artificial intelligence, and lighting.
Many thanks to Carla Burke of the Brooks Free Library for sharing information about resources available to the blind and low vision community on the Cape. Thank you also to Bill Kilroy from Vispero for joining us, and to Thirwood Place for all their hospitality in hosting the event. And, congratulations to our raffle winner, Barbara, who received a free smart speaker!

When is your next workshop on or near the Cape? We just tried out the AdaptiVision at Falmouth public Library and my husband found it to be excellent.
We are interested in how it would connect to a home computer.
Trying out the latest models before buying would be helpful.
